The Sea of Tranquility 2.0 is a project in the early stages of development by Windship Farm, Inc.
There are at least 4 locations in the world where a large desert basin is lower than sea level.
This makes it possible to use a siphon to pump water from the ocean into the depression using only gravity as a energy source.
Large siphons are not new or experimental; they have been in use since Roman times and there are several in operation today. They run continuously, 24 hours a day and have a zero carbon footprint.
This project alone won't solve the problem of global warming, but it will help
